Internship Program

Kickstart your journey in Trademark & IP Law with a structured, hands-on internship at Trumarx, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Our program is designed to give law students real experience in drafting, research, and trademark procedures.

What You’ll Learn

  • Understanding Sections 9 & 11, acquired distinctiveness, and cross-class rights
  • Conducting trademark searches & preparing similarity reports
  • Drafting Opposition Notices, Counter Statements, ERRs, affidavits & legal notices
  • Creating flowcharts for trademark registration & opposition
  • Filing TM-A, TM-M, TM-P and performing status checks
  • Researching case laws & writing structured legal articles
